Printing CD Labels & CD Inserts

Hello, We have a program called "Label Creator" and it products CD Labels & CD Inserts. The program is created in Delphi and uses the Delphi Quick Report function to print the reports. However, we are having some big problems with "print resolution". When we try to print it seems like the best we can get is about 72 dpi. All of our images were created at 200dpi. You can really tell that there is something wrong when you view the text, it is pretty blurry. I'm looking for someone to fix this problem for us. If you know of a way to fix it and continue using the Quick Report function, then that would be fine. However, if we need to use another reporting tool like Crystal Reports 10, then we are open to that too. I have attached some screen shots of the label creator.
