We've a school administration software written in delphi 7 with access database and reports on notepad. The software automates grading, keeps track of school fees , attendance record, discpline records, student register, teachers and other staff members,timetable and set user priviliges. We need to refine the software a little bit. 1, Grading, the grading is preset for all subjects, we'd like to change that, to set grades per subject. 2, The time table isn't automated we need the software to automatically produce a time table instead of dragging a teacher to a time slot. 3, Currently the software only keeps track of just one exam and if a student does more than one exam in a term, it just averages out the two exam. We'd like to change that so that we can have old transcripts, using those old transcripts we'd like to have graph showing the trend of a student performance. Also combining class streams to see the overall best student in a class. 4,We need improved reporting, where we can insert letter heads and logos. Plus more filtering capabilities in such way we can drop poorly performed subject,do other several quieries. 5,We need a inventory module with a trial balance incorporated in the software. 6. In student registration we need to classify whether a student is a day student or a boarder( leaving in hostels) and assign amount to him to be charged in fees. 7. On transactions, we need a complete breakdown of school fees, example, Tuition 1000, transportation 100 etc with the first being the priority to be paid first. 8. The user module isn't working we need to set priviliges. [url removed, login to view] need a possibility of importing or exporting data to other applications. 10, And finally the installation package need to be changed so that it can run smoothly on window 98 and above.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
