Drupal Forms API -Fix bug on contest module

I am looking for a Drupal expert that can fix a bug or re-write a contest module that was recently live on my site. The contest module needs to be removed and developed on a test server. After a user enters in their information, an "Array" page appears.

• I need to have the ability to run at least 3 separate/unique contests at one time.

• Each contest will have it's own "Rules and regulations" page.

• Each contest will have the ability to turn on and off specific questions relating to the particular giveaway (May ask for a size)

• There are 2 different contest pages: One will have the option to select a newsletter if that user is not already signed up to receive a newsletter already.

• User entries will be tracked and have the ability to be archived. On this list you will be able to pull each users information and be able to determine if they signed up for a newsletter. The newsletter entry information will be pulled to the appropriate place.

A "Thank You" is required. This page will list other active contests and list other related content.

Each contest header will link to our sidebar that lives on each page.
