The site will offer a quick and easy way to categorize and validate files being shared on many popular file sharing sites using the Joomla CMS. The site will allow users to browse links that “currently function?? (because they are verified daily automatically by an administrative script) and submit new links in seconds. The website will specialize in collecting links submitted by users from major file sharing sites such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc... When a user, registered or not, wants to submit a file the process should take a max of 2 clicks. From any page a link located on the Top Menu should be viewed that says Submit Link. On this page the user will have the customized fields to enter information (configurable from the administration panel). THIS IS MOST LIKELY THE MOST DIFFICULT PART OF THE PROJECT. On submission of this form, the links supplied by the poster need to be verified to make sure they are working (this is also a mass scan and verify feature needed in the administration panel). ([url removed, login to view] for example.) This needs to be done for each hosting provider supported. BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT BE SURE THAT YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET THIS TO WORK EFFICIENTLY. If files are invalid, user gets error message. If all links are valid the post is made. In the Administrative back end there needs to be a way to modify or delete all submissions. Simple customization of Simplix Theme ([url removed, login to view]) Part of the administration panel will have to include a "Validate Function". This will allow an administrator to click something of a "Verify All Links" button and all submitted links should be scanned and verified. If links fail verification, they should be removed from the site and this information needs to be cataloged somewhere on the site for users to see that the file has been removed. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
