Customize php cart layout in Dreamweaver and workpad

I got my daughter dreamweavermx and she needs some help figuring out how to edit the layout of her site in dreamweaver or with wordpad. what she wants to do: move tables and cells around without breaking php code; create curves int ables; extend columns length of entire page; create mouseovers; do imagemaps and anything else she can think of all integrated easily.
