driving site

the site will be a website for a driving school based in mallow. it will contain up to 8 different html pages comprising of text and some graphics. i will provide all the text to be used. i will require admin access to be set up on the site so that all text can be changed except for text in the template. i will require a logo for the site to be made also. i will provide pictures of what the logo should be based on. the logo will appear on every page amd will have text to the left of it on the home page only outling the goal of the school. also another logo is requires for the home page to say buy 1 hour get 15 minutes. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). admin access will neeed to be set up to allow text to be changed on the site. only the text on the site needs to be changed so the template will always remain the same. a logo will need to be created for the site. all fonts and text size up to the discretion of the coder colours of the site will be based on another site i got made and will provide them a small logo will also need to be created just to say buy one hour get 15 minutes free the main logo will have text to the left of it on the main home page only up to 8 pages on the site a form will need toi be create on one of the pages that will allow the instructor to be contacted by his e-mail addresss i want a basic website created with a nice looking logo based on the pictures i will provide. i want the logo based on the blue car in the pictures and it should incorporate the name john mannix and sons in to it. each page of the website should have links at the top and the bottom of the pages to allow users to navigate through them all information regarding what will be in the web pages will be provided ## Platform website so should work on all web browsers(internet explorer etc
