This is a simple project if you know what you are doing, we want to develop an e-shop to sell phone cards. Please refer to a the attached document to further understand our requirementes

## Deliverables

Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

PROJECT DELIVERABLES AND SCOPE OF ACTIVITES

Introduction:

The objective of this communication is to establish a guideline to outline how the proposal should be presented before selecting the bid winner and commencement of this project, as well as how the development should progress from start to end.

Interested bidders should submit a detailed document describing their offer in accordance with this document.

PART 1 ??" Technology and features

There is no preference about what platform will be used. We are looking for a solution capable of providing the following benefits:

• High processing speed

• Highly portable. It should be compatible with the majority of web hosting providers.

• Friendly administration. We should have access to almost every area of the site such as, but not limited to, rates database, users database, product listing (i.e. introduction of n ew cards and deletion of existing cards), and static pages content.

• Secure environment

When describing the proposed technology or platform there should be a justification for such technology as opposed to other possible technologies or platforms.

When describing portability the bidders should make reference to suggested web hosting providers. We will not hold these references as a requirement from the bidder as we are free to choose our own web hosting services provider.

When describing the administration, the bidders should give as much detail as possible about all the features that we will have access to.

PART 2 ??" Development, testing and acceptance

In order to detect any possible bug or misinterpretation of our requirements we would like to have a staged development properly planned and inclusive of deadlines for every stage. This is important not only to evaluate the progress and capture any errors on time but also to interact wi th the developer in regards to our involvement in providing content to the web site.

Please use the following proposed stages as a guide only. Feel free to add or delete stages as you see convenient.

• Delivery of static pages with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Delivery of inventory database with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Delivery of rates database with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Delivery of customer database with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Delivery of search engine with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Delivery of shopping cart with deadline and time for us to provide feedback.

• Deployment/installation of application

• Testing

The above list does not represent the order on which the different stages should be delivered on. Feel free to modify this to meet your development style. Just make sure that your stages follow a logical order.

Bidde rs should provide a total time for the project to be fully completed.

After the site is finished we would like to have some lead time (minimum of 2 weeks) for external testing. Please let us know if you could provide the hosting for this phase, however we may use our hosting provider.

PART 3 ??" Deployment

Bidders should provide the following information about deployment:

• Include details of how you would do it and what are your requirements to deploy the application (ie web hosting, databases, passwords etc). If you propose a particular provider we reserve the right to decline it if their web hosting offering is not of interest to our business.

• If you cannot offer to do the deployment please let us know the minimum requirements a web hosting provider should meet to allow for deployment of the site.

• If you cannot offer to do the deployment please provide installation instructions or software packages that will allow for deployment b y either ourselves or a third party.

PART 4 ??" Support Agreement

Your proposal should include a support agreement for fixing any bugs and/or defects from deployment to production. Your support agreement should specify a turn around time for problem resolution.
