Lead Company

-I want to start a lead company, which receives leads through a website, and distributes them to brokers such as realtors, mortgage lenders, and even insurance agents. -I have found a couple of programs that will help distribute leads, however, as always never exactly what I want, and have gotten use to another business I have with an in-house programmer. The other thing I don't like is the fact that these systems run on their servers, and I have no access to them...so every time I want to add a feature...I have to run it by them...they discuss and see if it would be a feature that benefits everyone in the system...etc...I want a system I can tailor as needed and on demand...my idea being that I will have in-house programmers in the future. -I need three things...1) A front end website...not to0 flashy...but cool for people to come and fill out forms for free market evaluations, to have free listings sent, mortgage info, etc... 2) I need a system to distribute leads and charge the "broker" each time a lead comes through and is sent to them based on zip codes they buy. 3) I would like to have a CRM solution for the "brokers" so that they can manage these leads effective...(if they close more, better for me, and they buy more leads). I want this CRM solution to have areas for notes, setting up appointments...etc. etc. along with a "drip campaign" which we can build to send emails out to keep that agent in front of that lead...in these...I want the "broker's" contact info and be able to have a picture, etc... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I want this to be web based with backups, etc.
