Make registration system and MySQL link for two database(repost)

I need to link two mysql(sirvnet services irc network + email system) database to each other (in a FreeBSD OS with out any phpmyadmin or cpanel) and make an php script interface that have these Requirements php Registration form with Image Verification: Form will have these felds nickname - Paswword - Retype password - email (only my domain email ) 1- user will register through form 2- script will check for nick existance 3- script will register user into system 4- script will register user in the two dbs. Forget Password form user will enter email id script will get user password and will send email to user.
