Multi-Language storage and display in ASP.net

we are looking for a simple web based application that will store and display text in multiple languages. The database server will be sql server 2000/2005. The ideal solution will allow the storage of all possible languages and can include a dropdown selection to select the language in use. The application will take into account that the user would need to have the support installed locally to view languages and would concentrate on the posting, storage and display of the text. The application should only consist of a simple layout with pages to list, add and edit existing entries. The list should show the language in use (if that option is used) and the edit page should display the text in the desired language. The application should support most, if not all available languages. This application is a proof of concept and may lead to a full blown web application. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2003 server ASP.net (c# preferably, but can use vb) Sql server
