Looking for bids to develope a popularity type website. Users would signup on the site and enter upload an image,email, name, a short bio and up to 10 links to thier blog, myspace, facebook, hi5, ect..
Once the account is created the user can send out invites to friends and earn points for referals. they are also given a Link to direct friends to 1 signup as well as vote for them. they also get a flash widget or javascript widget which can be added to social sites. showing thier picture and asking users to vote for me.
For each friend that signups they earn 3 points. for each vote they get from a their link and a unquie ip. they earn 1 point
The user with the most points get to be on the main page.
so on the homepage, they have a thier image, links and bio. as well as thier total points.
there will also be a 10 Rankings, this page will show who has had the top postions for the longest time. shown in Month, Days,hours, minutes, Secounds.
Admin will aprove of all images
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
