We are looking for an online marketplace in a similar format to [[login to view URL]][1].
We need to have a site where requests for parts are logged, and members are then informed (via email, sms or fax) of a request based on their membership preferences.
It will require membership module, which members can modify their preferences, a sales floor where requests for parts can be made. The parts requests must be logged according to the user who requests for accounting. Parts requests will be an easy drop down menu stating year, make, model, part type, part.
Responses must be logged and be available to the member making the request. Responses need to be able to also input in condition of the part, new, used, replica, as well as if they have more than one option for the part requested. Members will require the abillity to upload photos in both the requests and bid sections.
The site needs to be secure, and will require an administration backend which has full accounting, as members will be charged ( a configureable amount) for the requests placed, and the successful response will also be charged (a configureable amount). There will need to be the ability for admin to download and backup data. There will need to be the ability to print off customer statements as well as email customer statements to buyers and sellers at the end of the month.
There should be provision for a member to upload their stock to the site for authorisd members to review, with the ability to make pricing visible or invisible as the member wishes.
