PayPal Microsoft Front Page Plugin/Button Generator

I need someone who is super-familiar with PayPal to make a Microsoft Front Page Plugin that generates encrypted buttons with a specific download URL for multiple products. Currently, PayPal has changed their online button system and IMO has become very confusing (it looks like you can only set 1 return URL for encrypted buttons but I'm not sure) Anyways, I want a Front Page Plugin that asks the basic button questions and gives the correct return URL and Item Name Service Item ID/Number Price Currency Buyer Country Choose Button Choose Your Own Image Return URL Cancel Payment URL Buy More Than 1 Allowed? Would you like your buyers to provide you with their shipping address? Include Note With Payment. Choose email address to recieve payment. Encrypt Yes or No Radio Buttons I think that about covers it. This is for creating buttons for products that sell online for instant download. The encryption should be very good, but doesn't have to be ultra-unhackable....just so that 99% can't hack. Please demonstrate that you know what I'm talking about with this issue and that you can make the proper plugin for MS FrontPage.
