PHP Script Modification/Enhancement

I have a php help desk system that I want enhanced and modified. 1) The first thing I need is a way to automatically signup customers to the helpdesk system when they purchase my product. When the product is purchased, an email with their purchase details will be sent to an email address. A script will need to process this email and parse out the relevant customer info including name and email address. These will then be submitted along with a 6 digit alphanumeric password (hardcoded) and a custom field with a value of "1" (the script will already be setup to accept the custom field) to the help desk to create an account for them. Currently, the first time a customer submits a ticket, they also create their account. When this happens, they receive two emails. The first email is their account created email and the second is an email letting them know their ticket has been received. When the script that you create signs them up to the helpdesk system. I want the script to send the customer the new account created email so that they have their login information. Basically, all your addition will do is automatically sign them up to the helpdesk...bypassing the need for them to do so manually the first time they submit a ticket. I will give ftp access to where the script is installed to the chosen coder. Unless you are very proficient in template driven (.tpl) php scripts and have the free time to get this done by the delivery date of 3 days, please do NOT bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform unix/php
