PHP Script Modifications

Need 2 fixes/updates for PHP scripts. First one can be found at [login to view URL] and is a common traffic sales/monitoring program. The script does not balance out properly and you never know what campaign will be sent. It works on weighted campaigns, but this does not guarantee proper balance etc. Seems like most of the time, it runs a random campaign entirely and then starts another, when it should service ALL campaigns on an equal basis, based on weighting. May want some other small changes as we go. Full script access once bidder is selected. Second one is at [login to view URL] and is a little more involved. This traffic system works just like GoPopUp and PayPopUp and works based on traffic in and then traffic out. (simplified operational scenario) When traffic comes in from a publisher site where my code has been placed, any advertiser sites are shown via a popunder window, which can be selected for a variable period of time either on upload or unload. What I need is the ability for traffic coming in from ANY source to be able to bypass the popunder aspect and be able to just start displaying advertiser sites on a rotational basis. The traffic must still be counted and credited for a publisher as well as the advertiser. It cannot change the window, try to close it etc. The reason for this need is to be able to supply traffic to the advertisers, without creating an additional popunder etc that most traffic suppliers do not allow.
