I wish to create a Listing directory for professionals. Unlike other listings, there will be no cost to join, but a cost to recieve contacts or leads. The listings will be set-up using city state, allowing a user to select more than one city/state to be listed in. However, free listings (listing with no money deposited) will only get 1 city/state and the system should include an anti-cheat mechanism. Listers will have these fields to fill out: 1-Business Name 2-Contact Name 3-Address w/city state zip 4- Four user definable phone fields (Using select box for choices) 5-Two Email Address spots 6-Picture (stored locally to website, no linking allowed) 7-Description (Allow HTML or BBcode 1000 Chars. Max) For Freebies, strip all HTML and BBcode. 8-Website Address 9-Paypal address 10-Per Click Amount (.05) minimum 11-Max per day Amount 12-Max per Month Amount Listers will be able to see the number of clicks they've had and total cost to their account. There will be a minimum of $1 per month account surcharge. Listings are ranked first by relevence then by per click amount. If a user reaches his per day/month amount they will listed in the free section. Sponsored listings will appear first with HTML descriptions, then free with plain text and no conact links activated. A search mechanism should be based on City, State or Zip Code, or Area Code, or text based (Taken from All fields). Administration Area should be allowed to deactivte links and provide "free" money to any lister. As well as Mass Email users at anytime. I would like a **SEPERATE PRICE** on PayPal IPN connection.
