A N I M O T O - PROGRAM

Hi all.

I'm looking for a programmer quality but cheap and fast.

I need a program like a n i m o t o . c o m.

I just want the video creator, I want neither payment processors or page published or user area ..

I just want:

- The program that creates videos with all the features it has animoto. Only thing I want to change is to have the option to choose the time that each image is output.

- Basic administration area to add new templates for creating videos.

I have all the designs.

I want just a video template. I add users from the area of the other templates (not running this, so I imagine it will)

The program has to be without any kind of problem. Completely failsafe. During 3-5 days will be made all the necessary tests to correct all errors. Once completed you will pay.

Whoever bids the project will be less.
