Proofreading cost calculator

I run an online proofreading service. I would like an on-screen calculator which a client can use to calculate an estimate for a proofreading job. We charge by the word and want a sliding scale for rates. ie first 50k words is 2c a word. Next 50k is 1.75, next 50k is 1.5 and so on. So, they input a number of words and get a price. Then I need two check boxes "Urgent?" and "Super urgent?" That needs to add x% for urgent or y% for super urgent. Obviously I need to have a means of inputting the variables.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Run on Linux server if server side solution. Client side all versions of standard browsers
