Recruiting and resume Management intranet tool

I need a basic, but very easy to use website that allows for Resume management and candidate communication.

A successful coder will be asked back to upgrade this through multiple versions.

This version is to include as system for entering and storing text resumes and links to their location on a harddrive. (the sytem must be able to extract/parse the input from a resume or a file with many, many resumes (pdf, word), into a database as well as keep the link) Each resume will have a profile of the candidate attached to it. The profile will include key things like school, other schools, last job, test scores, main contact, key recruiters, team ranking, etc.

A second part of this version will be a set of viewing and data entry screens. These will let a member of a large team look at a resume, create a record for a call or a meeting, or an [url removed, login to view] could also enter an event that people could attend or not. Also there would be a competitive intelligence and reference screen.

A third part will be a reports section. A section that allows for a series of reports about each candidate. It would show what events they went to and how much they have done.

There should be a way to have users login, and edit their profile.

In later versions we will add full security for users and files and data. This design must be open ended so a full user hierarchy and security subsystem can be added in the next contract.

All code must be documented will and structured clearly. must be an n-teir architecture with a free database on the back end.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) this project will not be complete unless a weekly deliverable is made of all in progress code and has been uploaded to a test server. Buyer will not be expect to do any compiling, installation, or transport during interim deliverables. All code should be up on a coder based server accessible via standard internet browser.

5) a daily report will be furnished each eveing;supplying the buyer with basic update of progress. i. number of lines of code created, ii. sections worked on. iii. estimate of whether things are ahead of, on, or behind schedule. Buyer will not always give feekback, and will not be required to notify Coder that this breach has occurred.
