RTF Reader for Palm and Pocket PC

I need an RTF Reader(Formatted) which reads files provided by me. We DON'T want a reader which loads an external file. Headings should be listed in a list box, click and read the text. Must be accompanied with a good search, bookmark and annonation.**Some Files may be very large(2MB+).** I want it both for Palm and for Pocket PC. Pocket PC is our first priority. If possible, give me separate quotes for both. We'll provide the RTFs, PDBs to the winning bid.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
