small customizing of Horde Imp 4.2

Horde Imp is a web mail software written in php. In our installation of Horde Imp 4.2, each user has an account, say, user1@aaa.com. In the compose email page, we want to change the To field into a pull-down menu, so that the sender can only choose to send to three recipients: list@[url removed, login to view], support@[url removed, login to view], and himself: user1@aaa.com. That is, he can't type to which address he can email to any more, but can only choose to send to two fixed email addresses or himself (which is his own email address).
Actually I know it's just some tweak in imp/templates/compose/[url removed, login to view] , around
<loop:addr>
. But I don't know how to access the value of the array addr.input_value corresponding to the To: field, without using loop.
