Soccer website

Hi Basically I want a very similar site to [login to view URL] we are a local soccer side witgh 4 teams (age groups) we need a gallery, news page, and if possible, a fixtures/results/reports section for each team i have designed an outline shell which can be found at [login to view URL] this is the design we want im can do html to a high standard but struggle with php i could edit the php i think once it is done the team chairman who will be updating it quite computer - illeterate so would need a basic php input page to input the news/results/reports etc and edit the fixtures if postponements etc please ask if any more info is require thanks steven ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
