I need to send scanned images of hand-drawn room and network diagrams and have you create a Visio diagram with this data. You may use any chart program as long as I can open and make changes to the diagrams you create (such as adding names and comments). However, I do prefer Visio. I would like to be able to incorporate these computer diagrams into a Microsoft Word Document. I currently sumbit diagrams by hand attached to a typed document but the computer approach seems much more professional. If you can meet the needs of this project there will be many more projects ongoing and all year long (usually about 4 per month). What I will need is a diagram of room and equipment layout, a diagram of the logical network layout, and a rack layout with proper labeling. Usually 3 diagramd per site. I will have work immediately. By taking on this project you agree not to share any information I may give you and I will become the owner and creator of the diagrams upon payment.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
