Web-Site Enhancement

I need to enhance and improve the layout of my website to be more user friendly and to operate efficiently. Currently my website, [[login to view URL]][1], is developed in VB.Net and the database in SQL Server 2000. I would like to add the following items: 1)Continue to process payments through paypal directly, functionality already exists. 2) Need to add a secure form to accept credit cards, where the credit information will be either submitted to a database for retrieval or emailed securely to our web server. The card will not be charged at the time, till the order is confirmed by us. The user will receive an order number. 3) All orders will receive an order number of which they can logon to our website and check the status of their order, and track the order through fedex, ups etc. 4) We would also like to enhance the layout of the products we are selling and additional information about the business at the same time, and would ask the winning coder to complete those changes. We will furnish existing copies of the website to enhance along with the database, so that will not need to be re-developed. 5) Need to build a screen where the user if they are on the website can contact us easily through email or through AOL instant messenger with issues or questions. *Everything needs to stay in VB.net and SQL server. Please bid accordingly, we would like to quickly make a decision within 10 days and have this completed within 30 days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform VB.Net, and SQL Server 2000 Website will run on Internet Explorer, etc.
