Web Template Enhancement & DB Integration

We have begun development on 6 web sites, four of which use the same template. We do not want to develop any further pages until the sites have been enhanced so that we can use the enhanced pages as templates for developing more pages.
The attached specifications describe the desired enhancements, data entry forms, and data base integration requirements. We use a Windows host, SQL Server database, and desire that the programming be ASP programming. We use FrontPage as our site development tool. We are not HTML literate. We have developed the initial SQL Server database structure but we do not know how to relate the tables and anticipate that you will want to restructure the database so that it is better designed. The database we developed is included in the attached file.
We would like to review your work on an ongoing basis by viewing the sites through a URL that you provide. While the job does not need to be rushed, deliery time commitments are important so we would like an honest proposal for your planned delivery of the entire project.
We anticipate that you would start with K9Marketplace, then move to YourDatingServiceFinder. We would then begin to build more k9marketplace pages to be sure that this site is correct while you work on YourDatingServiceFinder. Any corrections we discover in K9marketplace can then be applied to the other three sites using the same template.
Questions are welcome. We like to see that any bidder we would select has throught through the requirements.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
