Website needed with much work and programming

I need someone to make a website using materials I provide. The domain is? <[login to view URL]>. To know what the content of the website would be please view the attached files. I want to use the attaced template for the site removing the red & brown columns. This is going to be an ongoing project requiring much work. For example adding a newsletter subscription, automatic account set up to password protected pages (after payment), teaching (courses) pages, and a lot more ... as it come I will let the coder know. But for now i need a basic look and feel of the website bu inserting the given text in the attach file in the template. The main links would be Homepage, About, services, contact, research. other links would be integrated in the body. I need this done ASAP, URGENT
