Website Program

Looking for a coder who can re-create or create a WYSIWYG web design input / program. I will try to explain this the best I can. First it looks like .ASP is used (I don't know anything about that). I would assume this is a data base driven website. The application makes a NOVICE user look like an expert web designer. As the user logs into the server with a password and then would click on tabs to where they wanted to post text and pictures in a very simple user friendly interface. I can provide a temporary log in, but this is a very confidential project and I can only give information to top rated coders, so they may be able to view the inner workings of the site I'm trying to duplicate. I'm not sure of what this would run, but I'm open to all bids. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite. I need a fully working application (as explained above) to uploaded to the server, with any basic information needed.
