Looking? for someone to make? a? real time interactive word game.? There are existing versions of this game but neither has all the features we want.? The game is called Acrophobia and basically? the game puts up random letters and people make sentences out of them.? One version is at <[url removed, login to view]>? and another is at <[url removed, login to view]>? This site has been known to install spyware which is one reason we want our own version.? The acrochallenge version puts information on each persons computer while the Uproar version doesn't.? Either way is fine, whichever would be less expensive.? We don't need the graphics as the game is what is important.? I would like anyone interested in bidding to look at these games so it will be easier to set up what would be needed.
## Deliverables

Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows is the main target,? Mac OS would be helpful but not absolutely necessary.? ? Internet Explorer is the most common in use amongst our members but Mozilla functionality would be nice.
