Wordpress design and set up

We require design and set up of a wordpress blog to enable us to list web sites that are part of our network. Currently we have over 150 sites on our network, we want to be able to post them on wordpress, so that browsers can then search by: * A-Z * Date Added * Tags / Tag Clouds - each site will have a series of tags applied to it, so that browsers can refine site list. Ideally, users would be able to select more than one tag at any time to enable further refining of results. The site will also need a series of static pages with navigation at the top of the page: HOME | SITES | RATES | TECH SPECS | CONTACT All sections above are static except SITES which is list from wordpress database. Site design needs to be based on this template: <[login to view URL]> - Although I like the design STYLE of the below example... Example of similar listing site: <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working site installed and running as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S./UK Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Wordpress, PHP, MySQL
