Costumize my LightBox Script, JavaScript and CSS PHOTO GALLERY

HI, I CURRENTLY OPERATE AN ONLINE DATING SITE WHERE USERS CAN UPLOAD UP TO 8 PICTURES OF THEMSELVES FOR THEIR PROFILE. CURRENTLY, WHEN YOU CLICK ON A USER'S IMAGE YOU GET AN ENLARGED PICTURE. HERE ARE THE DETAILS: The thumbnails are embedded using JavaScript and CSS ,and the large picture is displayed using LightBox, a simple script (here is an example, [login to view URL]) THIS IS WHAT I NEED: 1)FIX THE EFFECT SO THAT IT ENLARGES IF YOU POINT TO THE PICTURE, RATHER THAN HAVING TO CLICK ON THE IMAGE. 2) ALSO, THE WAY IT IS NOW, IT TAKES TOO LONG TO SEE THE ENLARGED PICTURE, PLEASE FIX THIS. 4)to change the way they are currently displayed. the pictures should be larger, better quality i want everyone's pics to be symetrical and the same shape, size. also, you should have an option that allows users to choose which picture should be the primary. 5) CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE PICTURE TO 4 OR 5 MB, CURRENTLY USERS CAN ONLY UPLOAD PICTURES THAT ARE 2MB 6)upload picture option should be better organized 7) many users get an error when uploading their photo, please look into this i am open to suggestions.
