Custom Color Picker for Flash

I am looking for a custom color picker app be coded in Flash using Actionscript 2. It is based on my own design. It should allow the user to mix a color based on HS/L and should output a variety of variable values upon manipulation. Basically when manipulated it should output the currently selected color value as hex, rgb, and hs/l values. It should be able to accept data without physical manipulation, for example if i have three additional fields for RGB in another part of the main app, when pressing a button i should be able to easily send those rgb values into the color picker and have itself updated to reflect the input. Below is an image of my color picker design. All I really need is the arching HS color picker area and the "L" slider coded in actionscript 2.0, along with the previous mentioned functionality. The rest of the design work i can do myself. ![][1] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application will be coded in Flash actionscript 2.0 so it should be able to run propperly in both Windows and Mac platforms.
