12898 Development of an IT website

I would like a South African webiste that uploads the content from an excel spreadsheet onto a MYSQL DB - it then modifies the content (changes the price based on a percentage) and displays the products as well as the pricing. This process needs to be automated as it is done on a monthly basis with the old content being replaced every month. The webiste also managers customers details, allowing them to login for discounts, wish list ([login to view URL]) etc. I need also to have a Mailing list with "unsubscribe" functionality. another feature is "customers who purchased this also purchased....." In terms of buying and selling would like a similar feel to www.Amazon.com. The webiste also needs to have a personal blog and allow for individual posts on the blog. Need to use flash for content and for it to have a look and feel similar to : [login to view URL] (in terms of the flash usage and screen size) I have some graphical content (logo and pics) wouldnt mind some graphical input as well but not neccesary. Thats about it: My product range isnt large - just IT products (computers peripherals etc) and services - networking, call outs. So content isnt huge.
