we are looking to build a web site that uses flash animation and in mechanics and basic idea mimics:
[[login to view URL]][1] , that is, a site where there is a standard dancing character movie and the user can upload/crop a facial photo of their own and then email the results to friends (with a message).
NOTE, this project has the following specific requirements in addition to the basic functionality of the referenced [login to view URL]:
1) we actually require TWELVE (12) separate animations/movies, once for each month holiday/theme. Each one will have the unique elements:
*theme/environment
*background
*character/costume
*music
*font
*simple user/viewer interaction
2)Obviously the [[login to view URL]][1] has a Xmas/December month/theme. We have a datasheet detailing all the 12 applicable theme/holidays and all the associated elements. The only element that doesnt appear on [[login to view URL]][1] that we *DO* need included on our site is the "simple interactive element", which for the Xmas theme, for example, would be allowing the user to throw snowballs and score points for hitting the elf. Nothing too complex or fancy.
3) Note that the [[login to view URL]][1] is a fairly secure movie file that will only run on authenticated servers. We need similar security, in other words, the animations can only work on OUR servers.
## Deliverables

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
