Flash Template for Band Website

I require the delivery of a Flash template for my band website. The body itself can be pure HTML/CSS with two columns (filled with bogus text), no problem there. However, the header should be customized according to the following needs: - Black background for web page. - There should be a road (route) graphic in the middle of this header, along with the following stilized text: "La Ruta que los Parió". - On both sides of this main graphic/title, there should be "road sign" graphics that link to the main pages of the website, whereas the names should be something along the lines of: "Fotos" (pictures), "Temas" (songs), "Contáctenos", etc. Leave room for 8 of these links (4 on each side). - This whole header should be animated, whereas, for instance, hovering the mouse over each of the links should enlarge that corresponding "sign" to allow better reading. - You do have flexibility beyond these points, being creative is definitely a plus! Naturally, I do not assume and do not want to have to ask for a great number of modifications upon seeing the first delivery. However, please be prepared to some changes to your work. Sumbitting a rough, non-animated sketch or preview file (no problems with watermarks) will definitely count towards selecting you as the coder for this project.
