Flex Developer / Custom Work

We're looking for a developer experienced with Flex and PHP to perform some customizations on a Flex application that we own. If we are happy with the work provided, this can turn into a long-term collaboration, with constant work (for the same application). What we require now is to move all internal texts used on the application interface (labels, messages, etc) in an external language file (maybe XML) and load them at run time, without having to recompile the application. We need to be able to have multiple such "language files" and inside there should be a dropdown used to change the active lanuage (and load it from the appropiate language file). After completing this, more work will come. Please keep bids realistic and provide examples of your Flex work in PMB.
