GSM Site

This is a website design for selling cellphone unlock codes I already have the server api. And have a basic design I want to stay in.

I want for my customers to be able to make an account, (where there information will be stored as well as there purchased credits for later use).

I also want to make sure no request are sent to the server without enough credits..

for examples if the customer only has 5 credits and want to purchase a code that's worth 10 credits I want the system to alert them that they don't have sufficient credits.

If you think you can provide me with a premade system that fits what I'm asking please go ahead and offer as I may like your design more.

I also want a comment area or page where customer's can add there comments on my services or request to improve they site.

I will be providing the api file so you can see if you can work with it.
