Interactive portal/community for artists & musicians

We’re looking for an expanded clone of: [url removed, login to view] - but using our style guide. The 'store' is already being built & will need to be attached, but we like the community/commerce concept. So, site will have to be done in HTML with php pages for direct photo & audio submissions. We an updateable photo gallery or a php tool on each product page to add photos, etc. Only one of the boxes would link to the commerce page. The others would go to the advice column, Rate it, etc. We need:

* a place where people can easily chat, show their pics & post events, concerts, openings etc.

*Classifieds & personals w/ photo uploads (think Suicide Girls)

*free area + memberships (free & paid) & profiles

*members should have the ability to upload photos, music, vids & audio - easily.

*Rate it feature for art, music, poetry - whatever (SIMPLE to use)

*A place for news, Articles & Press

*Advice column

*A viral marketing email with a link to 'rate it' feature.

Proposal should include monthly maintenance (10-20 hours of updates & improvements + content), SEO, a MySpace promo page, ad space & sales, a promotional 'seal' that our members can paste onto their own sites that advertises & links to us & a couple of postcard sized fliers.

We are also looking for an animated 'ArtSlut' Character, Tee designs & some logos. We hope to create an incredibly simple to use site that has the ease of [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view], the community of MySpace, the Art categories & opportunities of [url removed, login to view] & [url removed, login to view] & the feel of [url removed, login to view] + Suicide girls

We’re looking for someone who charges by accomplishment with clearly specified deliverables & who will grow the project. We are doing a treatment for an incredible TV show too & I’m looking for a sex-pot, animated ArtSlut character too. This is a funny site. A clear understanding of American humor & subtleties of the English language are helpful. Thank you.
