Need a flash animator who can create an evil but modern looking Hydra

This is a flash project for the site hulagusweb.com. Terrorist often talk of their organization as one that cannot be destroyed - just like a hydra. The Hydra is fabled as an evil thing that when it opens its mouth you can see the fires of hell within. I would like an animated hydra ??" that at first is quite small but then explodes onto the screen with one of its heads becoming more prominent then the others and it mouth eventually taking up the entire screen. The mouth should open with fire in it (not spewing out like a dragon) but just burning and from the fires the words “Terrorism is hell?? should appear using some powerful effect within the fire. Then the hydra should shrink back to nothing. This hydra should not look cartoonish or foolish but purely evil and surrealistic. This is a fun project for someone. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
