OSCommerce Template Design and Implementation

Currently, we have setup OSCommerce for our website for shopping cart features. We are looking for a creative designer and coder who could give our site <[login to view URL]> "the look n feel", using cutomized templates and plug-ins.

For design; we will provide guidelines and images and YOU would need to provide the design.

Basically, we want something which is 'navigational friendly' and a revamped site that doesn't look n feel like 'OSCommerce'. If you visit our site at: [login to view URL] you will notice that the left hand menu is in a mess when you click on it !

OSCommerce is very simple to redesign as it is driven by a simple template system.

We just want our site crisp and clean.

1. Clean crisp navigation (we welcome innovative FLASH contents/banners aswell)

3. Similar template customized like attached screen shot

Are you able to apply your skillful design to OSCommerce Template? Have you any previous experience working with OSCommerce? If so can you give some examples please.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
