A preload script for arcade gamesite

Hello, I have an adult arcade game site [login to view URL] When you click on one of the games you will see it loading, I want you to make a script so that instead of waiting for the loading of the game I can put advertisement on while the player is waiting for the game. For example, when someone want to play that game he will see this while the game is loading: [login to view URL] So that when they click on the picture you see at that address, it will automatically vote for my website. Moreover, it had to be an easy to implement script with the possibility of managing more then 1 advertisement.
