Redesign My site with Flash

I want you to change all the buttons, all the colors, as well as the overall look of my site. The colors of this site should only be black, white, red and yellow like the one Flash Banner I have on the site. This site should look cool. The buttons must be cool looking, original, and well animated in Flash. Also, there should be a cool looking preloader animation that animates while the site is loading. Also, if a user doesn't have the latest Flash player, then he should be directed to download it, without leaving my site.
This is a PHP site, so you must replace the existing buttons and images without it affecting the PHP code or any of the functionality of the current site. So if you hadn't had experience doing this before, then don't bid on this project. You need to know something about PHP to be able to do this.
Also you should know actionscript, know something about design, and be working with Flash Studio MX 2004. If you feel you could do something cool with 3Dmax or something like that will make this site look better, then you are welcome to bid on this project as well. Also, this should be done on your webspace, not mine.
Also, I want the FLA files as well, just in case I want to change anything down the road.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Windows XP is what my computer uses, but this site will be upload to a Linux type host.
