simple Swish template project quick and easy

I have a very simple SWISH (using SwishMax 2004.02.03) template I need for our website. It is a simple 4 rotating picture promoting entertainment and feature articles in our new entertainment website in our town. You can find an close approximation of the look and functionality we want at <[login to view URL]> I want to have 4 (versus the 3 shown) stories rotate WITH rollover function (you really need to see the above link) and as the stories and pictures change weekly, we want to be able to open it up in SWISH and edit it ourselves. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY USE SWISH NOT FLASH. There are some issues with trying to convert Flash into a Swish format. _**Do not put in a bid for Flash**_...Swish only please. Depending on the quality of work and competitve pricing and speed of work, there will be more work helping us develop small banner ads we sell to clients. Please...ONLY respond if you are using SWISH and can give us a complete SWISH product. For the right person, this should be an extremely simple job. We are simply too busy with everything else in the office to get back up to speed with SWISH and feel it would be better served finding someone like YOU to help us get this finished quickly. I can send a sample of the 4 pic/tab layout we want. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
