I need a Windows-based application created that I can use to create THREE things using my list of tutorials and tutorial file names: 1. Create a custom web-based "Index Page" that lists all tutorials selected, with proper hyperlinks to their filenames. 2. Create a custom "Tutorial Center". This is similar to #1 above, except the resulting page will be more presentable and include one of several selectable menu systems for listing the tutorials, and a way to view them. 3. Create a custom "Support Center" that is similar to #2 above, except there will also be a CHAT and/or TICKET system. When I run the Windows-app, I will be asked several questions, and when I click "Create", it will generated all necessary files and package them in a ZIP file on my PC. The necessary files I will the be able to give to my customers which will result in them having a full-blown web-based Support Center. The programmer or company that chooses to take on this project should have experience in programming Windows applications, web-based applications including PHP/MySQL, and Flash programming and/or similar technology to create absolutely STUNNING professional looking web-apps. ## Deliverables * * *This broadcast message was sent to all bidders on Monday Sep 22, 2008 12:27:19 PM: I am broadcasting this message to every bidder. One thing I forgot to mention, is that my customers will quite often return to buy more tutorials. hen they do, I need an easy way to provide them with an update file(s) that they can insert somewhere, that will update their list of tutorials so the new tutorials will be available in their existing Tutorial Center or Support Center.
