Website Designing work to be outsourced regularly

We are a software and website development company from Mumbai, India taking up regular website designing work. Since our workload has increased, we are looking for highly creative freelance designers, who are experienced with handling outsourcing work. We would outsource 12-15 projects every month. We prefer only individuals to apply since we are looking at good quality work at low low costs. We need your least price quote for designing a Static HTML website of 10-15 pages with 1 home page flash header. Also provide us your rates for the Website template design only. i.e. Only the html layout for Home Page with flash header and any one inside page. Please provide examples of the website work you have done (total work should be done strictly by you). You should be available online for discussion on phone or on MSN, yahoo, googletalk. Let us know the timings you would be available online. Fast turnaround of work asigned is a must. Must be able to communicate well in English. ********************************************** Attached is the detailed requirements for the first project. We need a website to be created for a courier company. The website will be of approx 10-12 pages. We need you to do the designing, graphics, flash animation, htmling for all the pages. The programing part for the admin panel and the front-end is NOT included in the scope of this work and will be done by our team. No programming is expected from you. You must provide us alternate layouts till ourselves and our client are satisfied and approve the same. All source code and designs will be the proprietory of our company (Star Online Technologies Ltd.) after the project is complete. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) All source (raw) files that includes PSD files (PhotoShop or equivalent used), corel draw files, Flash fla files, swish etc. used for the website development. ## Platform Website Designing following W3C standards
