506009 Website upgrade

The current website need to be upgraded with new navigation and site map.

the sample site is [url removed, login to view]

I have attached the new site map as a pdf file.

Here is the requirements, I just want to list it as details as I can,it is not that complex.

1. Mysql database driven, all news and products will be retrieved from database.

2. Has admin interface to adding news and products, manage [url removed, login to view]

3. Members need to login to access the member only pages.

4. no Flash, all page layout should use CSS and Ajax.

5. Use PHP for develop.

6. all pages need to use UTF-8 code

7. It should have English and Chinese two language version.

8. The basic structure layout need to be done this weekend ( 2 days)

the contents need copy from the old version.

It is a basic company portal , however i need it quicker.

Please apply the bid only if you can work it out with in this weekend.
