170080 Banners and finish Site Layout

I would like somone to help finish the layout of my site and give any general opinions and advice on how it may be improved. The layout is mostly complete but the CSS needs tweeking as some bits dont display correctly in ie6 as in ie7 Mozilla etc.
Also need some banners created to help promote the site and also a 120x120 image or slightly bigger for on main site to advertise a facility on the site.
The site is its-totally-free.co.uk.
