Creation of EKM Powershop HTML template

I am looking for someone to undertake a transformation of an existing online site (3rd party) [login to view URL] which we like and is hosted by EKMPowershop, and transfer to a new EKMPOwershop hosted website which we have purchased. Project Brief: We are a are a new startup venture who will be providing Crystal Nail Products online. The products we are selling are single brand, fixed price with no discount and standard shipping terms. We have chosen EKMPowership because of the price of the service, and the back end integration. We quite simply like the webiste glamstation, and would like to take this website, make a couple of changes to comply with copyright etc, and rebrand. Access the website will be provided so you have direct working access until handover. Requirements: The following will be required: a. No change to colours, style, hover, but formulation and creation of a new logo and banner for "CrystalNailsBarnsley". b. All tabs removed, and replaced with "Home", "About Us", "About Crystal Nails", "Education And Classes" and "Contact Us". Branding and theme to be continued through all pages. c. Creation of rotating banners (photos available) d. Removal of "free delivery" area, and "free postage" pieces on the website design e. removal of "shop by brand" within the website design (Single brand to be used only) f. Images have been uploaded to the website in the image directory already to assist with formulation of banners, logos and headers. g. The branding should be complete end to end and include the checkout process. Thankyou
