Help with changing a flash template

Hello,
I wish to buy a template from templatemonster for my guesthouse, and I want to change the logo and some text. In the list of specifications, it says:
Type: Xml FLash Site
Sources Available:.SWF; .HTML; .PSD;.FLA;.XML
Software Required:
Adobe Dreamweaver 8+;
Adobe Photoshop CS+;
For uncompressing a template ZIP package:
WinZip 9+ (Windows);
Stuffit Expander 10+ (Mac);
Adobe Flash CS3
I have all the software, and I think I can change it, but I think I need someone who can teach me a thing or two about this, because when I want to update pages and such, I don't want to rely on someone else to do it, because I have a bad experience. So basically I would like someone to help me to learn working with this template. We can use skype/chat, and I am very quick to learn.
Also, if there are technical details with this template that I cannot fix myself, I think the person I am looking for also needs to be able to work good with flash and such.
