General layout we will need source [url removed, login to view]'s and logo. The site we are re-doing is [url removed, login to view] take a look at also [url removed, login to view] The site, like Pitchfork, should have three vertical columns of content- again to be specific, take another look at Pitchforkmedia.com. Frankly in terms of overall design our site should be similar but for the fact that Pitchfork only has one column of block ads (over on the left) and we need two. (BTW, I’m sure they can get away with that because their larger numbers mean larger ad sales, etc. It would be interesting to see their rate card, which is not up on their site…but I digress). If you look at Pitchfork you’ll see that the first column extends out a bit. So I hope that with some slight trimming, we should be able to have a site that like Pitchfork, contains 3 vertical columns of content but like the current [url removed, login to view] also has room for 2 columns of ads. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
