**** PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING**** YOU WILL NEED SPECIFIC SKILL IN THE FOLLOWING: - ASP.net 2.0 - SQL SERVER 2005 - HTML+CSS SKILLS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE SKILLS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RUN THE SOURCE CODE, WHICH IS ALREADY ATTACHED TO THIS BID! SO FAR, HERE IS THE PROGRESS... - Design: 100% complete - Database: 100% complete - Engine: 100% complete - Front end: 70% complete - Back end: 90% complete This is a website I had one designer begin to build privately but he was unable to complete the project. Most of the work is done however and now I am looking for someone to pick up where he left off and complete the project. I prefer someone who can communicate in English very well and can work on my Time Zone (EST GST-5). I have ATTACHED a zip file that contains all the following which was completed by the other designer: - Website source code (ASP.net and C# classes) - Database backup (to be restored) - Logos (high quality) - Flash intro source code - Flash intro final swf I need someone who can work with me to get the site completed & hosted outside of the USA... (The site will host amateur ADULT content). The site is built on the Web 2.0 platform and I would like to continue it in the same way. Please do not bid unless you are prepared to dedicate yourself to completing this project! Thanks in advance!
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Please Note that I do not believe I can get the "Solution File" from the original Coder. Is there NO way to run this Source Code in the Zip files without the Solution File? If so, please get back to me and I will accept your bid to complete this project. I will also add 25% bonus to the winning bidder. Thanks so much!
